So many of you will be wondering how to format your locked smartphones. But not to worry that is why am hear.

It is very simple when you know and very difficult if you don’t know.

For you to format your locked phone because you have forgotten the password just follow the steps below

1.Make sure the phone is off then press the power button + the volume up button.A factory reset option would appear.

2.Use the volume down button to move down the showed options till you find clear and format user data.

3.Finaly press the power button to select the option then wait for phone to start afresh
